Customer Responsibilities

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees based on scheduled work and resource allocation.
Guarantee & Satisfaction
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If issues arise post-restoration, contact us promptly for resolution.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be addressed through arbitration or legal channels within the jurisdiction, consistent with applicable laws.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Remaining obligations, including payments, remain enforceable.
